Established in 1767 as a wagon stop, this beautiful stone building has since served numerous entrepreneurs in the charming village of Clay just outside of Ephrata, near Lititz.

The 5800 square foot building is divided into three floors, with a colonial tavern and restaurant on the first and a modern office on the third, leaving plenty of room for renovation and expansion. The restaurant is currently equipped to seat 80 guests.

The building includes a Pennsylvania liquor license and with over a hundred new homes being constructed across the street, carries outstanding potential.
